Integrating the Topcon KR 8800, 8900

for the Topcon
KR-8000
TOPCON MACHINE SETTINGS:
1)
Reboot the Machine holding down the Menu Button [this will
allow to edit the machine settings]
2)
Go to the ONLINE menu
3)
Set the Data Format to ALL
4)
Set the Baud Output to 9600
5)
Set the Output Data Type to ALL
Setting
Crystal PM
1) Install Crystal PM Machine Integration software
The latest Version can be downloaded here.
2) Configure Software to work with Device (Select the Topcon KR 8800)
3) Send data through machine (Press Print Button)
4) Select an open machine slot (Press [Ctrl-1])
5) Search for available machines online (click link on bottom of page)
6) Double Click the Topcon device.
7) Browse for the data location [C:\Program Files\CrystalPM\Mach\mach1\mach1.cpm]
8) Restart Crystal PM.
Assigning a Field from the Machines Data file.
1) Edit the Medical Records
2) Click on the field which will receive the input values
3) Change the description to TOPCONKR:ID (ex -> [TOPCONKR:5] for AR OD)
