Help using the Topcon Color Mapping Software

   available on Crystal PM 2.3.17+

   for the Topcon KR-7000, KR-8000, KR-8800

 

Setting Crystal PM to accept Topcon Color Mapping

1)  Install Topcon Color Mapping software

2)  Download registry file from http://www.crystalpm.com/CPM_COLORMAPPING.reg

or if you are on a windows 7 64-bit processor http://www.crystalpm.com/CPM_COLORMAPPINGwin7.reg

3)  Import registry (Double-Click downloaded file)

4)  Send data through machine (Press Print Button)

5)  Select an open machine slot (Press [Ctrl-1])

6)  Search for available machines online (click link on bottom of page)

7)  Double Click the Topcon device.

8)  Browse for the data location [C:\Program Files\CrystalPM\TOPCON\*]

9)  Restart Crystal PM.

 

KR8000pa/7000pa – If using color mapping software if needs to be setup and configured by Topcon prior to integration.

Navigating menus on most Topcons: Move cursor with measurement switch, select/change setting with print switch.

 

 

Assigning a Field from the Machines Data file.

1) Edit the Medical Records

2) Click on the field which will receive the input values

3) Change the description to TOPCON:ID (ex -> [TOPCON:4] for Date From Mach)
