Includes one year of toll free phone support with your initial purchase of Crystal. It also includes all software updates and releases that are available during the year following the date of purchase.

Support Options

I. $800/year (includes 1 year of toll free telephone support and all updates that are available within the year) ^*

II. $2/min. telephone support with a 20 minute per call minimum and $1/min. after the first 20 minutes

*Yearly contracts will be renewed and billed at the end of the year unless Abeo Solutions is notified in writing before the start of the new billing period. There is a $325 reinstatement fee if you discontinue your yearly service agreement and wish to later renew.

Additional Services

Installation In house installation, training and support - $100/ Hour plus travel and expenses, with a 6-hour Minimum

Data Conversion Free price quotes are available upon request. (Data transfer from previous software cost $500 and up depending on the amount of information that needs to be transferred and the current format of your data.)
