Customizable Recall System PDF Print E-mail

Recalls are an important part of a successful optometry office. With a proper recall system in place you can send multiple recall reminders to encourage your patients to schedule an appointment. With Crystal PM you have the capabilities to print/send Emails, Postcards, Letters, or Address Labels.

Not only can you set a recall date for every patient, you can also customize your recall types and templates. A typical postcard recall is setup as:

Postcard 3

Postcard 1 is sent 2 weeks before the recall date and on the recall date.
Postcard 2 is sent 3 weeks and 7 weeks after the recall date.
Postcard 3 is sent 6 months after the recall date.

The postcards can be customized with patient information and exam information.
